Parkstead Sales
Terms and conditions
The terms for using our website, browsing caravans and making an enquiry.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
About these terms
This website is operated under the trading name Parkstead Sales. These terms cover website use and enquiries. They do not replace a separate written agreement for buying or selling a caravan.
Please contact us using the details in the footer if you have questions. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Caravan listings, photographs and prices
Listings are invitations to enquire, not binding offers. Availability can change, and a caravan is not reserved simply because you send an enquiry.
We aim to keep details accurate, but please confirm the current price, specification, condition, included equipment and availability with us before making arrangements or paying anything. Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Any applicable VAT, delivery charges and other agreed costs must be confirmed before you enter a contract.
Photographs are for reference and may not show every feature or defect. You should have a reasonable opportunity to inspect the caravan and ask about its condition before agreeing to buy. This does not limit our responsibility for descriptions or your statutory rights.
Selling your caravan and valuations
An enquiry or initial valuation is not a commitment by either party to buy or sell. Any offer may depend on inspection, proof of ownership, condition, outstanding finance and agreement of written terms.
Please give accurate information and tell us about known defects or finance. Do not send documents or personal details you are not authorised to share.
Enquiries, payments and agreements
The enquiry form prepares an email in your own email app. You must send it yourself, and attach any photographs you wish to share. Preparing an email does not confirm that we have received it.
This website does not take payments or complete purchases online. A transaction requires a separate agreement identifying the seller, caravan, total price and any applicable payment, collection, delivery, warranty or cancellation terms.
Any deposit and the circumstances in which it may be returned must be agreed clearly before payment. These website terms do not create a deposit policy.
Consumer rights and cancellation
If you buy as a consumer from a trader, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 may give you rights concerning satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and accurate descriptions, taking account of factors such as age, price and condition.
Additional information and cancellation rights may apply where a contract is concluded at a distance or away from business premises. Any applicable statutory rights will be explained before a contract is made. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of refunds or cancellation rights.
Using the website responsibly
You may use the website for lawful personal enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the website, introduce harmful software or submit unlawful or misleading material.
Website text, branding and images are owned by Parkstead Sales or used with permission. You may view them for personal use but must obtain permission before reproducing them commercially, except where the law permits otherwise.
Availability, links and responsibility
We take reasonable care with this website but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. External websites and email services are outside our control.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Privacy, complaints and changes
Our privacy and cookie policies explain how website information is handled. For a complaint, contact us with the details and any relevant correspondence so we can investigate.
We may update these website terms. The date above shows the latest revision. A change to website terms does not alter an existing sale agreement without lawful agreement.
Applicable law and your consumer rights determine which courts can hear a dispute. These terms do not prevent you from bringing a claim in a court available to you under mandatory consumer law.
